The GTA 6 opportunity

#### Why GTA 6 can help streamers get discovered.

Someone can watch a GTA 6 clip before they have ever heard of the streamer. The game gives them a familiar subject; the creator’s reaction, story or personality gives them someone to follow.

That is our thesis: a major cultural event can make a strong clip easier to discover. Streamers produce the footage. Clippers find the moments. RUCKUS brings the campaign and the people together.

- 01 · Recognize the game“I want to see GTA 6.”

Show the moment people already care about.

- 02 · Watch the moment“What happens next?”

Keep the setup, reaction and payoff clear.

- 03 · Discover the creator“Who is this streamer?”

Credit the source and give viewers a clear next step.

GTA V sales and Roblox creator payouts show the scale of two different ecosystems; they are not a GTA 6 earnings forecast. [Read the discovery thesis and the evidence →](https://gta6clippers.com/learn/why-gta6-clips-travel)

## Creators & RP owners

A relationship system, built through work

#### RUCKUS connects creators, clippers and RP communities.

We see GTA 6 as a potential streaming goldmine. Those streamers will need clippers and editors. RP communities can give them places and stories to film. We want to build the relationships between all three.

A proposed way to work together, not a live matching service. Existing GTA V RP work can start today; GTA 6 server plans depend on announced platform support. Co-funded campaigns need written roles, budget splits and permission from both parties.

The premise

#### A city where your business matters.

The vision is a connected city: a garage keeps the rental fleet moving, the hotel brings customers to the club, and creators make those places known. Your business becomes part of somebody else's night.

The numbers

#### Roleplay is already where the players are.

194,760players in roleplay servers on GTA V on 15 September 2026

88.0%of everyone online across the public Cfx.re server list that day

8,096roleplay servers with people in them

Our census of the public Cfx.re server list on the date shown, not a live player count. These are GTA V numbers; equivalent GTA 6 server support has not been announced.

Why this one

#### Why this server and not another one.

Hundreds of roleplay servers are the same one with a different name. Four things make this one different.

##### Missions, not months

Missions you can finish in one session. You get a story with an ending instead of a lobby you show up to for weeks.

##### Pick your LARP

LARP means playing a role or trying a different lifestyle. Here, that could be a dealership owner, a creator, a club operator or someone building their first business.

##### Run what you actually do

A dealership, a club, a fund, a garage, a label. It gets written into the missions, so other characters use it, owe it, or get run out of it.

##### Built in public, before launch

The plan gets posted as it is made, and good arguments change it. Everyone in before launch keeps founding-member status.

The city we are designing

#### Different neighborhoods. One connected economy.

Miami changes from block to block. Our world takes inspiration from its waterfront, business districts, creative streets and neighborhood businesses.

Inspired by South Beach

##### The beachfront

Hotels, restaurants, nightlife and car rentals. A place to host a night, build a name and keep customers coming back.

Inspired by Brickell

##### The business district

Offices, property, partnerships and the services behind them. Players with different ambitions need each other to grow.

Inspired by the bay

##### The waterfront

Charters, marinas, deliveries and maintenance. The boats are the visible part; crews and reliable operators make it work.

##### The neighborhood comes first.

Independent cafés, music, workshops and creative spaces give a city its regulars. Wynwood, Little Havana and Little Haiti inspire different parts of that texture; each has its own history and culture.

##### Start with a role. Build relationships.

A driver, mechanic, photographer, venue owner or streamer can become useful before becoming wealthy. We want the everyday work and the ambitious lifestyle to exist in the same world.

An example of how it could connect

- Book a hotel

- Rent a car

- Visit a player-run venue

- Hire a creator

- Bring the next customer

#### Your day in the city.

Arrive, meet people, make something happen.

01 / Arrive

##### Someone books the stay.

A hotel needs guests, staff and a reason to return. A player hosts a weekend, a concierge introduces a rental business, and the next connection begins.

Clipping services & shared campaigns

##### Creator footage. A clear brief. A campaign we can review together.

Bring footage you have permission to use. We agree the goal, budget, eligible platforms, review process and any creator or server branding before clips are made.

For example: your handle, an approved GTA6LARP logo and a readable “Playing on [server name]” banner. A future GTA6LARP campaign would use that banner only once there is a playable server and the footage actually comes from it.

Clippers edit and post from the accounts permitted by the brief, then submit their post links for review through the campaign's Content Rewards workflow. We review results with you and discuss what to make next.

A shared campaign needs written responsibilities, permissions and funding agreed by the creator and server team. Buyers fund their own campaign accounts; RUCKUS charges a separate studio fee, never a deduction from clipper payouts.

#### GTA6LARP FAQs

Can I stream here or join a clipping campaign today?

The community is open, but GTA6LARP is still in development and playable access has not been announced. Meet the team and other creators now; we will share server and campaign opportunities when they are ready. RUCKUS can separately discuss clipping services for your existing authorized content.

What does clipping support include?

Campaign planning, briefs, editor coordination, submission review and reporting under an agreed scope. You keep control of your channel and content. A campaign does not guarantee views, followers or income. Rates, caps, approval criteria, rights and any shared funding are agreed in writing before work starts.

Is it live yet?

No. GTA 6 launches on consoles on 19 November 2026. The Discord is open for character ideas, development updates and meeting other members. Joining now does not reserve a business or confirm playable access.

Which game is this on?

GTA 6, set in Vice City. Roleplay runs on PC and Rockstar has announced no PC version, so anyone giving you a date for that is guessing. Until there is somewhere to play, the business models, storylines and crews get built in the Discord.

Do I need to be good at roleplay?

No. The business models are ones you already know from your own timeline, so there is nothing to research and no lore to memorise. Start with a character you would enjoy playing and people you want to meet.

Can I bring my own business model?

Yes. The twelve on this page are starting points. A shop, creative studio, garage or other business could fit the city. Post your concept in the Discord so we can discuss its role, connections and development scope.

Do I have to pay for anything?

Joining Discord is free. We plan optional supporter memberships, original digital products and partner features alongside the community. Each paid offer will list what you receive, its price and its terms before checkout. Future server purchases will follow the supported platform’s rules. See [what we’re building](https://gta6larp.com/#support).

## Retainers & long-form

[Read on the website](https://gta6clippers.com/full-guide#retainers)

CHAPTER 03

#### Campaigns, retainers and long-form editing

A campaign is a bounded chance to show how you work. A retainer is an agreed monthly scope that someone needs repeatedly. A dedicated editor learns one creator's short-form output deeply; long-form work adds story structure, pacing, thumbnails and a reason to watch beyond the first moment.

- Campaign: follow one available brief, including source permission, rate, cap and review rules.

- Repeat scope: agree a cadence, deliverables, revisions and approval owner.

- Retainer: price the ongoing workload, payment schedule and availability in writing.

- Dedicated role: take responsibility for an agreed part of the creator's production.

- Long-form: turn a stream into a coherent video with its own opening, development and ending.

This is a path to pursue, not automatic progression. Long-form and account management are separately scoped services. Do not assume a campaign buys unlimited edits or permanent access to a creator's accounts.

[GTA 6 Clipping](https://gta6clipping.com/) / For new streamers

### Starting to stream

This page is for somebody who goes live for the first time around the GTA 6 console launch and wants to know what happens to the footage afterwards.

[A RUCKUS Clipping site](https://ruckusclipping.com/) GTA 6 Clipping is not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games, Rockstar North, Take-Two Interactive or other rightsholders. Grand Theft Auto and all related marks and images belong to their owners. This is an independent clipping network run by fans of the game.

#### The wall on day two

You streamed for six hours. Forty people watched. The VOD sits on the channel and nothing else happens to it. That is where most first-time streamers stop, and the problem is distribution.

A stream is raw material. Six hours of footage does nothing on its own, because almost nobody discovers a six hour broadcast. The accounts you measure yourself against are not doing something on camera you cannot do. They have people turning one broadcast into twenty or thirty short pieces every day and pointing viewers back at the live channel. Before you stream more hours, decide what gets made from the hours you already stream.

#### Why the launch window helps a new account

A short-video feed decides what to show using the video and the topic attached to it. A new post gets tested on a small sample of people who have watched that topic before. Follower count is one input into that decision and it is not the gate, so a clip from a small account can be tested on the same viewers as a clip from a large one.

A launch changes the size of that sample. GTA 6 reaches consoles on 19 November 2026, and for the weeks around that date a very large number of people go looking for GTA 6 footage who were not looking in October. Nobody has owned that topic for three years either. Read that as a mechanism and nothing more. Most clips test badly and stop there, good ones included. The window changes how many attempts get a real test. It does not do the work for you, and it lasts a few weeks.

#### What to do yourself, free, from day one

Do all five before you pay anybody. They cost time and no money, and a paid team would set them up for you in week one.

- Record every session locally. Your console has a capture button, and OBS, Streamlabs and Twitch Studio each write a local recording while you go live. Turn it on. Twitch keeps past broadcasts 14 days on most channels and 60 days for Partners, Turbo and Prime, so the platform copy is not a backup.

- Mark timestamps while you are live. Keep a note open on a phone and type the clock time whenever something lands, because two hours later you will not find it by scrubbing. Chat marks them too: when a lot of messages arrive at once, write down that clock time as well.

- Keep the VODs. Move the recordings to an external drive at the end of the night. Old footage has no value until somebody is cutting for you, and then an editor starting in December can work through November.

- Open one clip account per platform. A TikTok, an Instagram account and a YouTube channel for shorts, separate from your main accounts and named after the channel.

- Cut three pieces a day yourself. From the session you just streamed. Fifteen to forty-five seconds, captions on every word, camera stacked over the gameplay, first frame on the action.

Most people skip point five. Cutting your own footage for a month teaches you which moments hold up as a short video and which only felt good while you were live. That is what you hand an editor later.

#### When to bring in help, and what it costs

RUCKUS campaigns start at $3,000, and the RUCKUS fee is 20% of the approved budget, invoiced separately and never taken out of the clipper pot. Most new streamers are nowhere near that, and this page will not pretend otherwise. Do the five points above first. They are free and they are the prerequisite.

Paid help is worth buying when three things are true at once.

- You stream on a schedule you can hold through launch week, so there is new footage every day to cut.

- You have cut your own clips for a month, so you can tell an editor what a good moment from your stream looks like.

- You have somewhere for a new viewer to land: a posted schedule, a Discord, a reason to come back.

Miss any of the three and a campaign buys views on clips that lead nowhere.

What clippers are paid, as market context

Entertainment and gaming clipping generally sits in a published band of $0.20 to $1.00 per 1,000 views on the open marketplaces. That is market context off other companies' published boards, not a RUCKUS rate and not a promise about what your budget returns. Your own brief sets the rate.

#### What RUCKUS does for a streamer who is ready

##### What a campaign puts around your stream

A lead editor | One person who watches your broadcasts, keeps the cut list and sets the format the others follow.
Core clippers | A reviewed group cutting your footage daily against the brief you approved, not an open call anybody can post into.
Review against the brief | Somebody checks every submission before it counts, and every denial reason is published beforehand.
Your accounts stay yours | Your channel, clip accounts and footage stay in your name. RUCKUS is a studio and creator services business and takes no share of your sponsorships or platform revenue.
A campaign invite link | The clips point at one link, so you can count the people who arrive through it instead of guessing from view totals.

No campaigns have run yet

RUCKUS has run no paid campaigns and has no results, case studies or client list to show you. We are recruiting and reviewing the clipper bench ahead of the console launch. If you need proof from a past campaign before you spend, we do not have it yet.

#### The rules you are responsible for

- Anyone you pay to post has to disclose it. That covers clippers on a campaign and any editor you pay directly. The disclosure goes at the start of the video, out loud, and the platform's paid-content tool goes on: the branded content toggle on TikTok, the paid partnership label on Instagram, the paid promotion checkbox on YouTube, and on X you say it in the post itself. The FTC Endorsement Guides put that duty on the person posting, and you carry responsibility for it as the advertiser paying for the posts. RUCKUS checks it in review.

- You are not affiliated with Rockstar or Take-Two either. Not affiliated with or endorsed by Rockstar Games or Take-Two Interactive. Keep that clear in your channel branding and any sponsorship language.

- Everyone posting is 18 or over. Clippers self-attest. RUCKUS never collects IDs or dates of birth, and neither should you.

- Say what people may cut from. Name the source material: which broadcasts, which dates, whether guests are in or out.

#### Questions, answered

##### I get 40 viewers. Is it too early to bother with clips?

No. Clips are how a stream with 40 viewers reaches people who have never opened that channel, because a feed distributes a clip and nothing distributes a live broadcast. Start with the five free points above. Paid help is for a channel that already produces footage daily.

##### Should I cut my own stream or pay somebody?

Cut your own first, for a month. You learn which moments hold on a phone. If you hire somebody before you know that, they are guessing at what to cut.

##### Can I stream GTA 6 roleplay at launch?

Nobody can tell you that. GTA 6 reaches consoles on 19 November 2026. Roleplay servers run on PC through Cfx.re, no PC version of GTA 6 has been announced, and Rockstar has never announced GTA 6 support for Cfx.re or FiveM. Rockstar did buy Cfx.re in 2023 and has said nothing about GTA 6 support since. Plan around the console date.

##### Who owns the clips somebody else cuts from my stream?

Settle it in writing before anybody cuts anything, because the agreement you sign decides it rather than custom. On a RUCKUS campaign the brief names the source material, the rights language is written to fit the work and the platform terms, and clip accounts stay with whoever opened them. Read the rights section of any agreement before you sign it, including ours.

#### A broader network.

A developer can build a tool. A creator understands the audience. A server owner knows what their community needs. Working together gives each person more to work with.

GTA 6 is our starting point: a cultural event we believe can bring new attention to creators, communities and the products around them. We want to use that opening to build skills, relationships and businesses that can keep developing beyond it.

##### Start with something specific

An editor and a developer could test a better way to find moments in a VOD. An RP owner and a creator could plan a series around the server. A SaaS builder could ask operators to try a prototype.

These are examples of collaborations we want to enable. Bring your own angle.

#### Before you join

Do I need to be a clipper?

No. We want to meet SaaS builders, developers, designers, RP owners, creators, marketers, researchers and people bringing useful ideas.

Do I need a finished product or a large audience?

No. Share the stage you are actually at. A prototype, an editing sample, a customer problem or a reasoned idea gives people something concrete to discuss.

Is this a job application?

This is an introduction to the broader community. If you are looking for a paid role with RUCKUS, use the [team roles page](https://gta6clippers.com/team). Any collaboration or paid work is agreed directly before it begins.

Can my project extend beyond GTA?

Yes. GTA is where our audiences and work begin. Tools, production businesses and other useful products can serve wider communities too.

Build with RUCKUS

### Become a GTA 6 frontrunner.

Help build the team behind the creators.

Our thesis is simple: GTA 6 can create a huge wave of streams, stories and new creators. Those creators will need editors. Their communities will need people who know how to run things.

We’re meeting collaborators for project work as needs arise. We agree the scope, pay and availability before assigning work.

#### Get close to the work. Build a reputation through it.

We want creators, clippers and RP communities to grow together. Your contribution can be a better edit, a solved ticket, a clearer brief or a creator who finally has a reliable team.

Already edited for a creator, helped run an RP server or worked with clipping campaigns? Show us your contribution. We value professional communication, sound judgment and deadlines we can count on. Strong work can develop into repeat projects or a retainer when the workload supports it.

Ruckus Initiative

#### Meet creators, editors and builders.

Ruckus Initiative brings clippers, editors, server owners and builders into one network. The aim is to learn the work, build relationships and prepare for openings like GTA 6 together.

- Free to join, no following required, 18 or over on your word. RUCKUS sells nothing to a clipper.

- The brief, the rates and the rules come first. Clips are cut in batches on a schedule, and every decision comes back inside 24 hours with what to change.

- Build relationships through the work. Share edits, get feedback and find people with complementary skills.

- The platform pays you. RUCKUS is never in the money path.

#### GTA 6 first. Built for the work after launch.

GTA 6 is our first campaign focus. The longer-term plan spans server communities, recurring creator content, brand launches and music releases.

- Launch weekTo 19 November 2026

Campaigns for roleplay servers, GTA creators and streamers, sold in October with briefs ready by 11 November. The census tracks the servers while it runs. [For servers →](https://ruckusclipping.com/servers)

- The server yearFrom December

Roleplay servers and streamers clip their own broadcasts every week, and the census keeps finding the next servers worth a campaign. GTA is the only game we run, on purpose.
